FIRST Robotics - Build Event Saturday, January 12, 2013 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CCC Building For More Information: Betsy Mendelsohn 301 405 0527 bmendel@umd.edu http://www.scholars.umd.edu/programs/sts Fourteen high school teams from around the greater Washington DC area will meet at the CCC Building to receive technical assistance about building and programming their robots. Over the next 5 weeks, they will modify and program these robots to compete in the FIRST FRC 2013 competition. The 2013 competition will be announced on January 5, 2013. College student volunteers are welcome to email Betsy Mendelsohn, the new registered student organization supporting robotics mentors.
