As the corporation’s technical ambassador, Dr. Evans develops and enhances relationships with governments, universities, and businesses globally. The University of Maryland and Lockheed Martin formalized a Strategic Partnership in 2010 to promote work in three key areas: Centers of Collaboration, joint pursuit of business opportunities, and enhanced research and development.
